Flood clear mode on C63?

A lot of cars have a "flood clear" feature that stops the injectors injecting any fuel when the accelerator is full depressed when the car is started.

You just hold the pedal down and the car will crank over without starting.

The question is does a W204 C63 have this feature? I'm wary of trying it because the car may massively over rev as it starts.

The reason I'm interested is that the car gets parked up for weeks at a time and ideally I'd like to prime the engine oil before starting.

Thanks

Mercedes limit revs when in park so you won’t over rev, I don’t know about flood clear feature though unfortunately

I did wonder about a rev limit in park, most cars do, but I hadn't noticed a limit on the C63!!!

Might be an indication that it’s been mapped, I’ve heard that before, as it’s the M156 engine they are a little on the lazy side so even if you have it a go with foot to the floor when starting you should know very quickly if it starts to rev

OK, I can report back on a few points for my W204 C63 (which I believe is completely stock):

1. It doesn't have "flood clear" mode.
2. It isn't lazy to rev!
3. There is no rev limiter in park.

When I started it (with a hot engine just in case it did rev out) with my foot on the brake and the accelerator fully depressed this is what happened:

1. It fired instantly
2. The revs hit in excess of 5,000 rpm before I could release the accelerator, which I was poised to do, and definitely did within 0.5s, probably quicker!!!

Regarding a rev limiter in park, thinking back, when I let a friend sit in it and give it a gentle rev...they managed to hit the red line and bounce it off the rev limiter!
