should they fold? Is there a switch where you'd move them up/down left/right? I was asked the very same question at work re the mirrors on a mate's ML .... they ere an option & his car didn't have them

Assuming they should fold and the option has not been disabled in the car settings...it should be covered by manufacturers warranty.

I have just broken my own recently set rule here.
I decided that I would not respond to a brand new registration that asked a question in their very first post, because history has shown that the poster often never return to the forum.

As above, probably been disabled in the settings menu.
Have a read of the user manual and you'll find instructions on how to activate automatic mirror folding on locking the car.

Not enough information to answer the question really.... I mean, for starters, have you had the car sometime and they used to fold or is the car new to you and you are assuming they should fold?
