Hi thank-you.

I had awful ford fiesta which was reliable but just not what I wanted plus It broke. The cheapest tyres I find though just slip and don't feel grippy in any ways when I'm booting it I want confidence in my tyre so surely better designed tyres are the way forward. Hats off to your son sounds like a nutter I've got the digital copy but doesn't say anything that it's had done. So I'm going to ring them and take one of the other guys advice and and create an account

Yeah I know its a controversial subject, and I don't want to spend mega £££ just a normal amount something all-round as it rains half the time.
Tyres that are all round are usually optimal ;)

Being serious, i do swear by Uniroyal Rainsports. Very reasonable pricing and grip is mega in wet or dry.

Yeah I most likely will fit them on all 4 wheels as the ones I've got I've never heard of apart from the pirreli

I am on half Rainsports on my 212 waiting for the rear Conti's to wear out after 32K miles.
My wife is on Rainsports all-around in the SLC, very pleased.

Latest is Rainsport 5 , but when a tyre is designed to be good in an area there is always a trade off.

I went for an awesome allrounder with no weaknesses .

As you have a late C204 I would think it was a Sport Plus ?

I’d say that have been curbed a few times and then ground down and refinished at least a couple of times
Yes most probably it doesn't bother me though at least they're mint.

Thank you for the detailed description how did you get a discount I I look into these are these okay for winter too?
If not the Rainsport then I would buy the Good Year mentioned above.
These cars are not good in snow, quite a lot of us have winter wheels & tyres.

Just found out an E-class isn't great on seaweed either
