Empty garage, awaiting new toy :)
Provided it doesn't have that silly semi auto gearbox in with the £3k clutch replacements

Those went in the F1 box
Clutch was ok if it was driven properly.

Full auto boxes in later models.

I rather go with the actual vehicle owners reports/findings actual results.

That might be where you rather go. It isn’t where the actual motor manufacturers go. So, they won’t recognise the validity of that data, which if owner/driver based also discounts any plant quality concerns that JD Power includes.

Mazda in 5th place?!

We use them as fleet cars and the infotainment doesn’t work when the temperature is under 8 degrees! They admit in the dealerships that it’s a common, known fault and there is nothing they can do to rectify it.

It was fixed in a firmware update and the Nav card replaced apparently.

A non dealership fix is to clean the contacts on the nav card.

I can confirm (as can Peterborough Mazda) that this does not fix it.

Saying that - they were positively useless so they probably can’t confirm anything!

“No sir you haven’t booked a courtesy car”

“Yes I did, that’s why I had to wait 2 weeks for you to have one available, it was yourself I spoke to on the phone, you just gave one to the customer in front of me who hadn’t booked one”

“Ah, well the problem is that we don’t actually have one available now....”

That sounds about right.
Manufacturers ignoring actual useful data direct from persons actually using their products.

Brilliant.

Apologies to the OP for hijacking the thread a little, I'm out :)

Or it could be OEMs taking data from multiple sources and not just limiting themselves to one, because they’re multi-billion dollar corporations whose success or failure depends on getting stuff like this right. Or perhaps a car magazine knows best?
