front bumper clk 230 kompressor cabriolet

Hi everyone
I am knew to this forum and have found the info invaluable so far but now to ask a question, can someone please help.
I have a clk 230 kompressor cabriolet, my baby, my dad and I through lots of searching on this site are in the process of cleaning the air intake system using jiminessex fabulous post on this subject. Anyway we need to remove the front bumper to clean the oil from the connecting pipe that runs along the inside of the front bumper. Does anyone please have any advice on how to remove the front bumper, I also have parking sensors in my front bumper!
Would really appreciate any help on this one?
