front bumper removal

hi there
has any one got any advice on the removal of the front bumper on an 05 e class w211
im guessing its fairly straight forward but the head light washers are going to give me a head ache i think
do the covers have to come off first and if so how?
any help would be great

I think that you will have to remove the wheel arch liners to get to the front bolts by the fog lamps

The washer will say where they are and the bumper comes off without them, dont worry about them.
there is a slide clip at the top of both sides, as malcolm the arch liners must come off to see.
