You have front license plates in the UK. But yours are much wider than the USA ones. I bought a 2007 SLK280. It was licensed in a state that did not need a front plate. But my state needs them. I need to buy a bracket. Is there a bracket that can be mounted to something behind the front bumper? Most brackets need to drill holes in the bumper. You won't really know of one that works in the USA but you might have an idea. Are your brackets mounted directly to the bumper? Probably all yours come with the front bracket already attached.
