Front Speakers

Can anyone tell me what speakers I have in my SLK ?

The Datacard says;

"533 speakers front & rear-without radio"

I dont think I have rear speakers or Bose ?

Hi

It means they installed all the "basic" speakers but no stereo head unit (which I had forgotten they did ever).

Assuming its a R171, there are some speakers in the rear. (one on left and one on right)

Is it a R171? Was it UK supplied - i had thought all UK cars got option 523 at a base.

No, its a R170, & it clearly states 533.

Yes, the 170 did come at the time when MB didn't put stereos in UK - I had one

533 is just the code for "speakers' but no radio" - I know it says "speakers front and rear without radio" but they use the same code on all model series

Looking at EPC, R170 only gets rear speakers with when you have BOSE.
