Front Suspension Bushes

I have an E320 CDI 2005 and it has just run past 75k miles. Various motoring bodies suggest that Front Suspension Bushes should be changed about now. Is that a big job ? Is it wise to change them now ?

suspension bushes tend to be looked at pretty closely at MOT time..
How long ago was the MOT done?
If all is well I would leave till something shows up..

If you really want to go ahead and freshen the suspension up then I would go on the ECP website and look at Lemforder. They are OEM and decent quality.
