Front suspensions

Hello everyone
My question for front suspensions is
Which part of it can make the car juddering reason for this question is my C 220 cdi manual 52reg 135k miles on a clock in fist gear a bit hard acceleration and turning full lock in left car start juddering it comes from right front of the car

It could be anything from engine mounts to a tyre rubbing in the wheel arch.

Mercedes have an unusually good lock, and quite a lot of energy needed when on full lock
