Hi all

Oh dear, wife put 6Ltr's petrol in our C270 CDi!!!!! No perminant damage we hope, fingers crossed. Tank drained new fuel in, up and running all appears to be OK.
Car run for a mile before she stopped, do you think any perminant damage may have been caused to pump etc?

It should be fine if it was heavily diluted.

It was you who I spoke to on the phone?

Did mobilo come out to you?

Hi Black C55

Yes it was me, thanks for your advice by the way. Did not use mobilo in the end, self inflicted £180 tow charge. Its a long story but basically the AA took car to MB garage, they were brilliant, took care of it whilst we waited.

Have used the car today, run up to Basingstoke then down to Portsdown Hill to look at bikes and scooters, not too far from you. Car going OK!!

Will have to pop in and see you one day soon

Regards

Bryan
