Fuel filler flap

My wife left her car in a public car park. It's a C220 cdi sport estate 2008. Someone has stolen the fuel filler flap - not the plastic frame, the actual cap or any fuel!! Just the metal flap and hinge. Still have the push button working (it's a press to open one), it looks like they levered it off as the plastic frame holding the flap standing proud. Will I need another spring, just a flap or the complete fuel filler flap and body? Any help gratefully received...

Item 500 in the diagram below shows the fuel flap.
Although I have an E class, I have checked my fuel flap and the hinge is attached to the back of the fuel flap. It appears you will have to take out the boot carpet on the drivers wing to attach the other end of the fuel flap to the car.

Thanks for taking the time to help me with this. Much appreciated. Managed to get a filler flap (and it came with all of the plastic surround and inner) from Prestige. Great service and not too expensive!! Hate to think how much it would've been from MB! Thanks again
