Fuel injection specialist, city / east London

My 230 te estate (on a C) is suffering very poor starting and lumpy running. It needs attention from a specialist. I live in the city of london so any recommendations for garages in that area, going east would be most helpful.

Have you checked your OVP relay fuse ?

It's a silver relay with a red plastic top, which houses a fuse. Fuse maybe blown and when it blows, car has very poor cold starting and doesn't run very well altogether.
