Full service/B Service

Had a full service on my C180 on Friday by an independant mechanic, with fully synthetic oil and with 4 new brake pads, new spark plugs, a litre of ATF and a check engine light reset,( after checking the codes,) cost came to
£210.00.
I thought this was really good.
I still need to take it to get the jerky transmission sorted out, but the money I have saved will hopefully pay the fix my other problem.

What did they replace on the service. That does seem very cheap.

Hi BlackC55,
He did an oil change, filter change,dust filter, coolant, 4 new spark plugs, litre of ATF, 4 brake pads + sensors.
He ordered parts from mercedes I believe, but he is not an MB specialist,just a local guy who was recommended by a friend who has his MB C class serviced by him. (Works from the garage attached to his house.)
He also checked the wheels for problems as we have a whinning sound that comes and goes on accelaration only.
BTW, would it be ok for me to ring you ,as I have not got the PM function for some unknown reason) on this forum, I am still trying to get hold of the chrome strip under my headlight.?
