Hello, thought I'd share this experience.
Been repairing my early r129 (see other posts) and one problem has been the abs light on the dash is on. The old sensors have failed the electrical tests.
So I ordered the new sensors from Auto-doc.fr (I'm in France), the 2 Metzger ones looked correct. 0900039 and 0900038. But the latter one doesn't fit. It is exactly the same as the old part except the exit part of the wiring is at a slightly different angle and hits against the backing plate, stopping you aligning the holes for the bolts. How annoying! Peculiar how left and right ones a different prices too. Having to send it back. I still need a left side one. Any advice?
