Gear box noise selecting park, drive and reverse

hi guys, just bought my 2016 C200 a few weeks ago, drives great. Yesterday I noticed this noise when going from drive to park after stopping on my drive (7G Tronic automatic) it makes a weird clunking noise when stationary, selecting reverse to neutral, neutral to drive and drive to reverse (any gear selection). I'm not sure if it's normal as I've just noticed it and fairly certain it wasn't doing it when I first picked it up... any suggestions/ help of the cause would be appreciated, if this is abnormal. To be fair I’m on a Virgin train and the Wi-fi is useless!
Someone else will pick up hopefully if not I’ll get it later
I’d describe the noise like a ‘clack’ if that helps?

That’s normal. It’s the electric selector on side of box.

Yeah almost like a rumble but more clacking as it's selecting gear

Totally normal then nothing to worry about !
