Gearbox problem E320cdi

My E320 has just developed a fault in gearbox .
When you start from standing start between 2nd and third you feel the box slipping momenterily before it takes up drive and then is ok any suggestions

sounds like its low on oil, any leaks????

with any gearbox problems, the first check is oil level/condition etc, if all looks good on oil side it could be clutch pack knackered, but get level checked sooner rather than later as damage is irreversible,
