Hello all,
I would like to thank everyone in advance for letting me join the group. I'm a proud owner of 1997 300d wagon and c class car here in the USA. I'm advocate of diesel engines from a young age with a lot of knowledge from multiple turbocharge engines. I've join the forum cause I to want to hot rod my m606. I've done some research but obviously I seek more info. The n/a m606 I have is already under going my knowledge of changing it's characteristic for more air I've already ported and polished the head install harder seats and up the seat pressure on the intake valves to 300 lbs. I have ready to install a 12mm injection pump that I'll probably start out at 450 cc of fuel I've upgrade the injectors mostly opening the sack in the tip but not changing the nozzle projection. I'm wanting to stay with the n/a (that I have already had harden) I will be building a tuned header along with a force enducted intake. I'm not wanting crazy boost I just wanna flow a lot of air will my rods handle it? and my turbo of choice would be a mx82 holder. Am I asking for scatter metal here?
