Because I had to replace the glow plugs I found this;
While removing the engine covers I saw 2 broken rubber buffers (A6110940385). They hole the top of the air cleaner. I also saw an hose with some damage since it rubs against the engine.
To remove the engine covers you need a torx T30 screw driver to remove the 6 bolds. Then you can lift the engine covers off.
As the pictures shows you can see the broken rubber buffers. They cost only a couple £ and are easy to replace. Also have a look at the hose (see picture) what (in my case) gets damaged by hitting the hot engine. I rerouted this hose to not hitting the engine any more.
