The irony of where I live is that they give me a bus pass, but there are no buses. But then are no policemen either - need I go on?

We used to go to work on an egg,,it would start if you pulled the yoke out and be all white after that and used Shell petrol

It's funny that not one politician or enviro nutter has actually explained exactly which climate they want.

Are they happy with the way it is now or do they want the climate we had 30 years ago?

Perhaps they would like to turn the clock back to when Scotland was covered with a mile thickness of ice, or maybe to when you could walk from Dover to Calais without getting your feet wet.

Perhaps they want to be able to skate on the Thames in winter and have us all freeze our wotsits off.

All they say is that they cannot accept it being any different in the future to what it is now.

If there is a problem on earth it is the stunning fact that the world population has grown from 2billion to 6billion in just the last 50 years or so. It's the 'elephant in the room' and no-one dare mention it.

That's the 'inconvenient truth' that Mr Gore ignored.

Everyone it seems has a right to a life which will be extended for as long as chemicals, science and machines will allow.

We're so chuffed as a species that we can cheat nature and live longer. We now think we can control everything.

I'd hate to be a youngster today and have to face all this c**p for the next 70 years.
