Girl needs help with jammed AUDIO 10 with RDS

Helpless female! Have just purchased T reg CLK320 with Audio 10 (think it has RDS) radio / casette recorder fitted, but have somehow JAMMED the stupid thing and cant get anything to work! Display is jammed on "FM RDS90.7" and not even the little LED light flashes :?:

Has the appropriate station select button jammed down! A jammed button will stop any buttons working.

Failing that pull the set out and disconnect. You will need the CODE when re-connecting though, so make sure you have it. If not your dealer will supply it.

Thanks dieselman. Just took it to the dealersand they said it wasnt the correct unit that had been fitted into the car, and so the car kept thinking it was a stolen audio unit! But they re-set it and I got the code for it too, so happy endings!

Now have a problem with the air conditioning only being cold for the first 5 mins the engine is switched on, but that will be a topic for tomorrow!
