GLC63s Fan running and battery warning

Help I have a GLC63S which I purchased in January this year (2022) the car had to return to the dealership for a valet and whilst in there possession for the valet I received a critical warning message for my battery I got in contact with them and they apologised, but since then I have received the critical battery message several times and also my fan now starts to work after I drive the car whether a 5 minute drive or an hour drive I have spoken to the dealership who have investigated and said it’s normal also spoke to Mercedes’ this morning who couldn’t explain, this wasn’t happening before and now is, does anyone else know if this is normal I’m losing the will but love my car

The battery critical warning is the Mercedes’ Me so being overly sensitive and crying wolf a lot… quite common, please have a search on the forum

Thank you, is the fan coming on after every drive normal whether 5 minutes or an hour because it wasn’t doing it before and now is the dealer is telling me because all the components are being used

The fan should be just temp related, what’s the dash showing temp wise?

Nothing is showing up on the dash

You should be able to see engine temp on one of the displays
