My Glow plug light remains on for 5 or 10 mins after I start the car. This appears to be random only doing it about 60% of teh time with no pattern. Any ideas?

To prevent further problems had the fault codes read. This will indicate which glowplug(s) have failed. Then replace the faulty one.

Yeah that would work but the only sure way to test them is to take them out, LOL, and put 12v to them and make sure they glow red. Sometimes you have a circuit to them but they are not getting hot enough to pre heat the cylinder/fuel. If one glow plug was completley dead the light would stay on.
