Glue For R230 C Pillar seals

Hi M B have just fitted new seals to the C pillars on my 2006 sl for the third time in 12 months and it looks like thay are coming of again the double side tape on the seals is not strong enough to hold as the boot when closed pulls on the seals has any one got ideas about a good addesive as M B are not alowed to use anything but the tape i know it dosent cost me at M B under warranty but i am geting a bit p**** off now the car was in there for four weeks last time and the job is still not right but if there is a good adesive out there i will do it my self thanks for any input

Hi Malcom No 340 it is where thay go round the bottom of the pillar

Thanks Malcom by the way the batt drain was the front S A M unit and the suspension problem was the rear strut only the roof seals to sort out now

Thanks Malcom by the way the batt drain was the front S A M unit and the suspension problem was the rear strut only the roof seals to sort out now

That SAM that gets condensation it it (passenger side) I hope that they treated the contacts.

A question please,,is the seal coming of all the way round or only at the corner where it meets the rear window
