Is anybody going to this? I am thinking of making the trip.
Did it in 2017, was pretty good - camper van on site so no parking issues - not something I'd go every year for but well worth it
Which event ?.
Goodwood has lots going on,

Im off to retrorides this weekend, will post up pictures
True, silly me. I meant the Festival of Speed, July 4th - 7th.
Ok, sounds good. Can you camp there? I have been meaning to go since I came to the UK four years ago but miss it every year. Even this year is a trade off as I want to go to the Lake District at same weekend. onders.
Yes, the camping is very good with great facilities they have containerised showers and toilets as well as generators so electrickery hookup
Cant remember the costs as I've been to bed since then but I do know the camping gets booked up pretty fast.
I went in 2016 on my own for one day, (courtesy of AMG for the launch of the GT R). Last year me and my boy for the Saturday and Sunday. Going again this year with my boy Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
You'll have to make your mind up soon, Saturday tickets are sold out except for hospitality packages (which start at £289 per person for the day)
Thursday, Friday and Sunday tickets still available.
I think I will park (pun ) it until next year, too late to round up a group of mates etc..I had earmarked that weekend for lake district camping anyway.
The Lake District is certainly a good second choice
Not if you want to see cars racing around*
*I don’t live there anymore
Me neither. (Actually I used to live 20 miles south).
If you’re selling I think “The Lake District” goes all the way to Lancaster...
I lived at various places in the middle and had great fun before speed cameras and the like
