guess my time on the strip

will be doing a few runs at santa pod on saturday, its a club event so will get plenty of runs in
i will be running my cl600 bi turbo also it will be her first run on the strip,
the car is stock but gcl will be remapping her tomoz
so guess my best time, will post up results sunday evening:)

My BMW 335d (remapped 360bhp) ran 13.2 at 107mph with normal tyres, so you should be running low 12s at 118-120mph or I'd be very disappointed....no pressure lol

a little gutted to be honest. best i could get was 13.6 it was a great day though, should have tried letting a bit of air out of my tyres i think, as i could not disable traction control

a little gutted to be honest. best i could get was 13.6 it was a great day though, should have tried letting a bit of air out of my tyres i think, as i could not disable traction control

glad you had a good day, I was gonna say 13.9, so am I the winner?

If you post your slip times up I'll try and tell you where it all went wrong :) , from the sounds of it you maybe span away a good time at the start. Did you do many runs? What was your terminal speed as this is often an indicator of power etc
