hard to change gear

hi there i have a 52 plate c180 k and i am findin it hard to select gears its got 65k on the clock f.s.h cheers for the help

I take it its the manual box,,was it OK once but getting worse

sorry yes it is a manual can be ok sometimes other times not

Was the car OK once and its just started doing this,,if so one of the bolts on the selector shaft comes loose and need to be done up
