Hatchback rattle

My a class from day one has had a clunking hatchback rattle when driving down road. Dealer has tried a couple of times to fix it. The weather has turned cold and it has gotten even worse anybody got any details on how to adjust tailgate?

Rattles are the bain of my life - one of the reasons I went to Mercedes. Had a dashcam fitteds in my last Merc and it's plastic screen mount rattled from day one!!!! Aargh! So I feel your pain. Get it sorted.
