Hats off to Mercedes of Blackburn

I'm new to MB, latterly found defect on approved used car, no quibbles from dealer, couldn't be more helpful, came to pick car up when they said, brought it back when they said, all issues resolved, top job.

Just thought I'd post a positive MB dealership story and if anyone from MB in Blackburn is reading, thanks again.

A decent level of care and attention is always appreciated isn't it? And it made such a good impression and will probably generate much more revenue in the end than it cost.

100% right, if your paying that much the least you want is to be treated like you own a merc!! not a ford or reno, as you say your go back and spend money there again and not go elasewhere! we are lucky on the southcoast, we have some of the best dealers but reading this site there are some real shockers around!!

Although I didn't buy my car there I've used MB of Blackburn for all my servicing since new.
Think I've mentioned before that I have always found their service to be excellent.
Best dealer service I've encountered in 35 years of motoring across several marques.
