Sorry posted first on wrong forum (discuss)
The head gasket is blown on my 208D. I have looked for a workshop manual and searched your excellent forum to no avail. I am low on funds so am forced to attempt the fix myself. I have a man who can fix stuff but has no experience with Merc vans and needs direction.
Are there any workshop manuals for this van?
Please help myself and my two year old son are stuck.
Thanks Jay bird

I have E mailed you the outline for taking down the engine.
This is a car engine so some things do not apply.

I have sent the timing chain tensioner paper seperate as this is critical to get right.

If you get stuck and need any sub papers please ask and I will see what I have
