Hello,

Are they stuck up in the rear?

I remember VBH on 5th gear driving a merc (very hard round anglesy track) and they poped up when she went a bit too quick, not the headrests but the saftey bits behind them? Scared the hell out of her..

If its then I don't know, maybe worth reading the manual as with electric roofs, sunroofs and fuel filler caps etc there is usually a manual overide (if they are electric)

clk 209 rear head rests

hi mate the routine to reset your rear head rests is as follows first find your self a powerfull mag light type torch a medium sized flat blade screw driver but it has to be 30cm long at least from the handle to the blade end to push the reset devise down.tilt both front seats forward as far as poss then get in the back kneal on the rear set facing the rear screen on the osr head rest the reset is on the right of the head rest as your looking at it get your torch shine it down the side of the head rest you may have to use a small wedge to extend the gap now your looking for an oval hole when you see the hole you will see a lever inside simply push it down with the screw driver you will feel it click reset then push the head rest down the nsr head rest is also reset the same way any probs lets me know first time its a bit tricky after that piece of cake!

Cheers..
Could them being stuck in the up position stop the soft top opening and closing?
