headlight high beam shutter solenoid

2012 , b180 w246, of-side high beam shutter stopped working ,checked all fuses etc still all lights up but no high beam ,nearside all working fine anyone had this problem or can help please

We’ve had them stick before from lack of use, flash the main beam a few times, it may come back to life.

been trying that for a week ,even tried usual screwdriver with hook moving shutter wont move even if l try to force it down ,yet the other side l press it and it goes down easily

took headlamp off,cant see any wires broke etc ,shutter is now moving up and down but not springing back up like it should dont know what l can do next other than get a new headlight to expensive !!!!!
