Heater Blower not working

Hi guys. I have a 2014 c220 AMG Sport and yesterday the heater blower stopped working. I checked the fuses and all ok I also wired the fan directly to a battery and it’s kicking in that way but when I turn the heater on nothing happens all light on the buttons are working. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated thanks

Most likely the resistor / regulator pack not sure where it is on these usually next to the fan fail quite regularly on the older mercs do a search on regulator / resistor

Thanks for your reply. I will check it out. The blower has now started to work intermittently as I’m driving

Older model, but mine does the same - seems to keep working if manually set on max speed but haven't used the car much since Covid kicked off. It did show a fault on the regulator pack on a recent scan for something else.
