Welcome, if you do a search there are very few good reports about MB hybrids. I am keeping well clear of them.

Welcome, some hybrids/Phev are ok, Mercedes seem to struggle with reliable ones which make sense, hence my current jalopy....depends what your motivation is to have one really?

As above keep well clear unless you are going to extend the warranty with MB there is a high likelihood of unreliability and eye watering bills - if you want a hybrid buy a Toyota at least they back their product up with a long warranty

I've seen that they've got a problem with charging cable or socket.

The main question is why do you want a hybrid? My sister in law has a Toyota Yaris hybrid, lives in London no congestion charge & no road tax. It makes sense for her & its reliable, but only does 50mpg on a run.
I am sure they will still be selling diesel cars for possibly another 8-10 years, & driving them for another 10 years after that.

Hello and welcome Mario
MB Hybrids seem to be a mix of good and not so good.

Have a read of this saga posted by a member back in June 2019. It is a sad story and it cost a lot to get it sorted but at least it seems it was sorted although the owner had to go to a non-MB specialist to achieve a solution.

https://forums.mercedesclub.org.uk/index.php?threads/e300-hybrid-problems-from-the-field.175892/

There have been more recent postings where people seem very happy but they're not the ones with problems!
