Hi I'm Darren and last night i bought myself a c270 cdi avantgarde, It could have been a mistake as the auto gearbox seems noisy, it could be something else but it sounds like something is catching and gets faster as the car speeds up 
But i do love the old Mercs so overalls on and time to get mucky (A little bit different to the classic minis i;m used to working on lol)
