Interesting.. I am from Nenagh, in North Tipperary
It's a long way to Tipperary.......but not in a merc....
Like wise.....how are things in Dromineer ??? Was it bad during the storm, Ciara?? Used to do a lot of fishing / boating there one time, many moons ago.
That’s my neck of the woods as we say over here.

I hadn't heard actually, but I imagine, completely wrecked.
We were brief members of the boat club there and I also did the sailing course in the yacht club in my youthful summers... was a bit of banter. The place was very lively back then with the pub and the hotel. Hotel now derelict.
Hi welcome, from the north
Living in that area myself now...immigrant from North Tipp.
Same here motor-monkey....
Well turns out there are quite a few of us from that neck of the woods . My Dad left Ireland when he was 16 - he's 90 next week. We still go back occasionally, but not for some years.. He was the third oldest of 11, so I have a lot of cousins.
Haha, my mum has 11 siblings... cousin count is high here too And the politics intense
Wish your dad happy birthday next week,90 is fantastic, I hope he is still able and mobile. Look after him you only get one after all.
