Help! can't see the main odometer

Hello all;

I have a E 240 2003 , the problem is that i can't see the main odometer , it's only showing dashes no numbers at all.

can anybody help me out with this?

You need to take it to a place with a mercedes diagnostic machine.

What has happened is when the sbc brake unit is integrated by the diagnostic machine it goes into diagnostic mode, this has to be correctly put back to normal by exiting the programme completely or the mileage in the cluster with flash dashes instead of the mileage.

Have you had work done recently?
