Hi there, as I'm a bit stupid and crashed my 500SL on a wet roundabout a few days ago I need a few parts, the islist as follows, it's a R129 series SL.
If anyone has any of the parts or knows where I can get them I would be very intrested.
There is a crossmember that the radiator sits on between the 2 chassis rails, I need one as mine is a bit bent!
Front bumper, preferably bornite colour, but let's see whats out there.
Engine under tray.
R/H and L/H Lower wheel arch liners.
Plastic trim that sits between the rad and the oil cooler, it clips in place just below the headlights.
And as the cars off the road for a while, I might as well fix a few other bits...so.
Steering box and timing chain tensioner.
Has anyone out there had any experence to doing these jobs?, also is the steering box on a LHD car the same as a RHD, this might be a stupid question I'll wait and see.
