The injectors will come out, your garage just dont have the right tools/knowledge to remove them, I have removed injectors where the carbonisation is so bad you cant see the leak off pipes.

As regards the other fault of oil leaking out the dipstick, I would check the breather but I dont think even if that was blocked solid it would cause that fault. I would suggest it has major crankcase compression.

I would remove the injectors and do a compression tesf the engine. It could be something else.t before doing anything else like writing of

Big ends and journals cannot cause this, a broken piston ring can

A few.
Chaso, in the top right hand corner of every page on this forum there's a box with a link to http://www.mercedesspecialistfinder.co.uk/ . See if there's someone near you.

IMO you really need someone with experience of these cars to be doing any diagnosis or work when it looks like it could be a biggish problem.

You don't even need to get your hands dirty to diagnose this issue - You can do a relative compression test using STAR diag.

You need to hook up a second battery or jump from another car because you need to crank the engine for what seems like forever. The ECU (via STAR) will measure the piston speeds during the compression stroke to give you a relative reading against the other pistons.
