Help GPS!

Hi All

On my Sat Nav Mercedes AMG B class. I'm getting a 'No Guidance Active' display and sat nav not working. It seems as though my Becker Pilot isn't reading from the GPS unit. Any ideas as to how to resolve this?

Hello and welcome,

Can you view how many satellites you can see?
Is the radio reception affected, or the locking and unlocking? THis could relate to an antenna or antenna pre-amp failure
