HELP!!!Kickdown relay/Fuel pump relay?

I have a 1996 C280 that doesnt start. I replaced the Overload relay, but no help. I'm wondering if the Kickdown relay and fuel pump relay are the same. the part number is 0035453205.
I'm an amateur so someone please tell me how to test if the problem is the relay or the fuel pump itself. Any help will be appreciated.

A common fault try a bridging wire from pin 30 to 87 and see if the car runs. The relays can be soldered up again where they get dry joints
