help me on w220 comand

dear all, hello
i have just bought a w220 s350L which is equieped with comand and DVD but when i am driving it goes off and the others can not watch aDVD please help me to solve my problem.

does it go off in the back too?

apparently it should not play in the front when you are driving. and this company www.r171.co.uk wont be able to help so dont bother rummaging around their web site (under interiors or shop) for DVD activations!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

but if it wont play in the back you should go to a MB dealer and have them look at it. it maybe selected wrong or the cable to the rear screens could be damaged/looose etc.

at the risk of being offensive....you have put a region 2 dvd in it havent you?
