hi, i'm new here! how are you all!? My name's Ben.
Today my Boss gave me his '91 500SL as a company car...and i've just got it home. however i am having problems with the alarm.
it has 2 keys (and the alarm key) and then another key fob with an arrow button and an A on it. and i dont know what it does.
i can open and unlock the car with the alarm key...but then the indicators start flashing........by randomly pressing buttons on the other pad i can make them stop...i then have to randomly press more buttons to get the immobiliser to turn off. And then when i finally get the car started and drive off, the footwell lights wont stop flashing, neither will the lights on the dash, and none of the dials work.
Please help me, as it's driving me insane, and i cant work it.
P.s. how do i get the hard top off so i can access the convertible!?
