Help needed with my C220 cdi coupe (55)

I'm new here,Hello everone.
I have a C220 cdi sports coupe on a 55 plate.I have problems with the outside tempreture,always reading -40, and washer bottle always empty when filled.
I am also trying to find out if CLK W209 HEADLIGHTS 2002 ONWARD will fit my C220,if not where can I find part numbers for the correct items.
Any help or advice would be welcomed.

I would think both the temp sensor and washer bottle empting are linked, possibly by accident damage to the left front of the car, thats where they both are.

Take down the trim there and inspect, report back what you find!!

Still can't find temp sensor.Are there any diagrams available anywhere.
Any ideas how to test the washer bottle sensor.

A sensor costs about £11 from MB, no point testing the old one just replace because you have to remove the arch lining anyway to gain access to the washer bottle.
