Help please: car won’t start

I have recently replaced my engine and when I drove my car back from the garage it was fine. I had issues sometimes it would start and sometimes it wouldn’t.
I tried to jump start my car however it still didn’t start. I had AA come out to check the car and they confirmed it wasn’t the battery. They have just advised to take to a garage. Not sure what the issue is? Any help would be appreciated

I assume you have some sort of warranty with the garage who fitted the engine? I would be going back to them.
