I know, but i was like how can a new valve fail so i though that my rail pressure regulator or some hose suddenly went bad...

Don't Delphi have adaption on their QCV? Bosch don't, but Delphi used to. If the adaption has learnt for a old valve then you put a new one in without telling the module, you would get control issues.

I asked other people who changed their qcv on w212 but no one said that it needs programming. I dont know if thats the case with some of them.
