Help Please W210

Can anyone help me find a guide on how to change the main headlight bulb on a 98 W210 on the drivers side

i stuggled with this too....passenger side is worse with the washer bottle in the way. to be honest i just took the entire headlamp off the car to give me enough access to get round the back of it

I usually remove the top part of the air filter by unclipping the clips all round and moving it out of the way. Then there are two clips holding the back of the lamp assembly in place. Once these are unclipped it should drop away quite easily. It's still a bit cramped - especially if you have big hands!

Thanks after spending about 20 mins and ruining a perfectly good shirt I have completed the task. Does this mean I'm technically a mechanic?

Yes you are now a fitter, and I hope that now you have completed that you fell fitter I would not put my shirt on that though
