help please

i have a 2003 sl350 which has had a new bosch mass air flow sensor and 2 new coil packs but it is still misfiring and throwing up the same codes p2017 self adaption of mixture formation for right bank of cylinders at limit values (at idle speed) as well as p0300, p0301, p0302 could it be that the adaption values need resetting (not sure if this has been done).if this is the case can someone tell me how to do this (i have an autodiagnos machine) or could it just be fuel problems???

New maf and coil packs have you checked for spark also brake light switch what enguine

year and did this just start

We did a 240 V6 today with the same fault, turned out we had water in the fuel rail, removed, cleaned out with brake cleaner, running like new now!!

Not the first time we have seen this!!

As SAM says as soon as I saw this I thought of this common fault.

Thanks for your help guys we swapped cleaned out the rail even though it seemed v clean, we also swapped over the coil packs and plugs, but to no avail so we are now waiting for an answer from a guy in mercs with a star diag. I will keep you posted

I had similar errors on my 320, and it turned out to be coil leads. I think the spanner monkey who did my last plug change did not pull them off the correct way and damaged the cores
