Good Morning

has anyone else had terrible experiences with Mercedes AfterCare? I am at a loss and I am being given a total run around from Mereceds. I have been without my car for 7 weeks as it was further damaged when recovered for another fault. Does anyone know the email addresses for senior people please?

Many thanks (and incidentally, I do like my GLC) ;)

Have MB given you a courtesy car to use in the meantime?
No, I got one from the Insurer. To make matters worse it's a Lease car and I am paying for a lease for a car I am not driving and I just get passed around. with no one wanting to accept any ownership. I am beyond caring about the money. It really has been a disgraceful display of lack of Customer Care.

have you tried going to the leasing company? I had one intervene some years ago when I used to lease several cars for my business That though was with Audi. Got to be worth a try.

Used to have a C63...
As per Seagulls - it's the lease company's car, so their problem... especially if you've given them fair warning that you're about to suspend lease payments.

You'll need to make sure you've got all your ducks in a row though, with regards to issues, order of issues, what's been done/said, etc. Document everything.

I had my car damaged at a MB dealership when it went in for AN Other repair .... Emily asked the question on Twitter. MB customer services phoned me within the hour!

;);)

Very difficult to comment without knowing the issues is it an intermittent fault, parts not available, was the damage caused by a third party and disputed etc
