help required to replace head lights on SLC300

I need help on replacing upgrading my head and dip light bulbs to a higher spec either Osma or Zethors. what do i need to remove to gain access to lamps.

Turn the wheels to full lock and on a 172 you should have an access panel in the wheel arch liner
